OUR SOLUTIONS

01 / PROBLEM

Patients do not have direct access to their own data.

02 / PROBLEM

Physicians spend more time in front of a screen gathering information, taking notes, and writing referral letters than they do talking to a patient directly.

03 / PROBLEM

Allied health specialties (physiotherapy, pharmacy, nutrition, laboratory sciences, radiology, etc) are disconnected from primary care facilities and patients are bounced back and forth between different agencies

01 / SOLUTION

Our electronic health record system has a patient portal that will allow users to remotely login and access all aspects of their own health records including investigations (laboratory, imaging, pathology results), letters from specialists, medications, immunizations, and more!

02 / SOLUTION

We believe that healthcare should be patient-centered and the majority of a physician’s time should be spent in direct contact with the patient rather than staring at a computer screen. Our electronic health record system gathers and organizes information in an intuitive and easy-to-read way. It also incorporates dictation and easy note-taking features that minimize the amount of time a physician spends reading and documenting.

03 / SOLUTION

Our clinic is integrated into a primary care network (PCN) where the allied specialties are connected via the same electronic health record system. Our patients have a single centralized center that they can access for basic medical needs. The primary care physician also has access to updates and progress notes from the allied health specialties directly through our system.
